Fishing should be GREAT this year!!!! There may be less people on the water this year due to the
gas prices. This means less salmon caught elsewhere turns into
more salmon for us to catch here in Glen Arbor! |

Everybody has to
remember while fishing out of Glen Arbor, there's not a lot of boat
traffic. You don’t see 50, 100, 200 or maybe 300 boats on your trip.
The most you will see is 10-15 boats, which makes for a very
relaxing trip. I always try to be on the water for the best sunrise
and sunsets in the world. I’m really fired up about the upcoming
season. |

I’ve been fishing all
winter and spring. The fishing has really been good. I’ve targeted
Lake Trout and White fish in Grand Traverse Bay. I went fishing
during most of my free time in January until the bay started to
freeze and the boat ramp froze. That’s right, I’m talking boat
fishing in the winter! You have to be very hard core or crazy.
Those of you who know me know how much I love to fish! I try to pass
that enthusiasm on to my clients while they are on the Watta Bite
boat. |
